Booking & Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to all our tour packages for 2026. Prices are per person in a double room and are calculated for the group size stated on each package page; smaller groups are quoted individually and larger groups receive reduced prices on request. Departures are guaranteed from 2 people, groups of up to 20.
1 Reservation and payment
- A 30% deposit of the land arrangements confirms your reservation and lets us start booking hotels and tickets.
- If you book international flights through us, they are paid 100% at the time of booking.
- The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your arrival in Uzbekistan.
2 Cancellation of the land arrangements
- 30 days or more before arrival: 30% of the price per person is retained.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% per person.
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% per person.
- 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the trip price.
3 Flights and trains
- International air tickets are non-refundable regardless of the reason and timing of cancellation; only airport taxes are refunded.
- Domestic flights and train tickets inside Uzbekistan are non-refundable once issued.
- International flights can be booked through us at competitive fares on request.
4 Hotels
- The hotels listed on each package are the ones we recommend at the time of your request and have availability. The final choice depends on availability at the moment of booking; in all cases we reserve a hotel of similar or higher category.
- Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge.
5 What the price covers
- Everything listed under "What's included" on the package page: accommodation, the stated meals, guide, transfers, excursions, entrance fees and the shows named in the programme.
- Not covered unless stated: international flights, travel and health insurance, lunches and drinks not mentioned, camera fees at some monuments, tips for guides and drivers, personal expenses and alcoholic drinks.
- Prices are valid for 2026 and can change if taxes, fuel prices or entrance fees change before your deposit is paid.
